The DANSOM Lab is committed to sharing our research findings with the broader community and supporting meditation practice through evidence-based guidance.

We actively engage undergraduate and graduate students through research assistantships, independent studies, and collaborative projects, fostering the next generation of contemplative neuroscience researchers.
Lab members present at conferences, universities, and community events, sharing our research on the neural mechanisms of meditation and practical implications for meditation practice.
